About Us

HCCG is an entirely student-run non-profit organization. Our leadership comes from a variety of academic backgrounds, ranging from STEM to the humanities. The executive team can be broken down into the consulting side, which oversees casework and interactions with clients, and the operations side, which handles day-to-day logistics for membership activities. The members of the Fall 2023 Board are listed below.

EXEC

Audrey Vanderslice

Director

Audrey is from New York City and has been pursuing a concentration in Economics, a secondary in Computer Science, and a citation in Mandarin at Harvard. During her time in HCCG, Audrey’s casework has focused on everything from growth strategy to market sizing to consumer segmentation. Outside of HCCG, Audrey is on Harvard Mock Trial’s A Team, Portfolio Manager for Harvard Student Agencies’ Finance Board, and a Partner at Black Diamond Capital, a student-run investment fund. The past two summers, Audrey has worked as an investment banking summer analyst for Goldman Sachs’ Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) group in NYC. In her free time, she loves playing piano, learning languages, and listening to Bruce Springsteen.

Sasha Agarwal

Vice Director of Consulting

Sasha is from Kolkata, India and is double majoring in Economics and Computational Biostatistics. With HCCG, Sasha's casework has covered everything from strategies to boost vaccine coverage rates to modeling cost-savings on insurance plans. She has also served on the Diversity Advisory Council for two semesters. Outside HCCG, Sasha is a Portfolio Manager on a student-run L/S equities fund and an Analyst with Global Platinum Securities, leads investment education for Smart Woman Securities, teaches statistics and dabbles in Model UN. She will be working in investment banking in New York City this summer. In her free time, she enjoys food tours, hiking, traveling and listening to R&B.

Xander Zurovec

Vice Director of Operations

Xander is from San Antonio, Texas, and studies Economics with a secondary in Computer Science. As a part of HCCG, Xander has worked within financial services, food products, and retail industries across various cases related to digital transformations, global retail roll-out strategies, and product assessments. In addition to HCCG, Xander served in Harvard’s student government as the inaugural Finance Officer in addition to serving on the Health Policy Team for the Harvard Kennedy School’s Institute of Politics. For Summer 2023, Xander will be working in Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis at H-E-B, the 6th largest privately held company in the United States. Outside of Harvard, you can find Xander hiking, hanging out with friends, and listening to “classical bangers” on Spotify.

Cassie Liu

Associate Director of Engagement

Cassie is originally from Dallas, Texas and studies Applied Mathematics with a secondary in Neuroscience. As a part of HCCG, Cassie has worked on cases ranging from product ideation for a home security company to market entry for a global technology conglomerate. Outside of HCCG, Cassie is a Board Member of the Harvard Financial Analysts Club, as well as a part of Global Platinum Securities, Club Swim, and Quincy HoCo. Cassie has previously interned in M&A and investing roles, and she will be interning at a hedge fund in NYC this summer. In her free time, you can find Cassie hanging out with her friends, trying new foods, and painting.

Cindy Zhu

Associate Director of Engagement

Originally from the Bay Area, California, Cindy studies Computer Science and Economics at Harvard. At HCCG, she has worked on cases ranging from cost-impact mapping for a Fortune 500 financial insurance company, product development for a multinational technology company's data analytics tool, and long-term programmatic strategy for a Fortune 500 media company. Outside of HCCG, Cindy is on the Tech Board of the Harvard Advocate and the Executive Board of the Harvard-Radcliffe Chinese Students Association.

Ethan Fang

Associate Director of Engagement

Originally from Houston, Texas, Ethan is a junior in Dunster House double majoring in Economics and Government. Since joining HCCG, Ethan’s casework has covered everything from streamlining payment services, to global sustainability practices, to product development. Outside of HCCG, Ethan has held several roles working in finance, startup, and non-profit industries. He also serves as Publications Director for the Harvard Public Opinion Project, a national polling organization, and conducts Domestic AI research with Schmidt Futures. In his free time, he loves skiing, cooking, and traveling.

Said El Kadi

Associate Director of Engagement

Originally from Beirut, Lebanon, Said is a sophomore in Winthrop House studying mathematics and statistics. Since joining HCCG, Said has worked for a leading North American athletic apparel company, a multinational professional services network, and most recently a French luxury fashion house. Said is involved with academic research at the Harvard Business School, is part of the Harvard Architecture Undergraduate Society (HAUS), and sits on the Finance Committee of CISV International. Said spent his past summer working at LVMH at the Tiffany & Co. Corporate Headquarters in New York City, interning for the Retail Performance & Strategy Team.

Tahj Johnson

Associate Director of Engagement

Tahj Johnson is originally from New Orleans, LA and studies Government with a secondary in Economics. During his tenure at HCCG, he has primarily worked on non-profit cases in the healthcare industry and youth development industry while also having some financial services experience. In addition to HCCG, Tahj is a Teaching Fellow for a statistics course at Harvard. Tahj will be working in the Legal & Compliance department at Blackstone. Outside of his professional life, Tahj enjoys going to Mardi Gras and eating New Orleans' food.

Unnati Gupta

Associate Director of Engagement

Unnati is originally from Philadelphia and currently pursuing a double concentration in Economics and Statistics at Harvard University. Since joining HCCG she has primarily focused on cases in the retail and financial industries, and has loved all the work she has done! Outside of HCCG, she is a Team Lead in the Harvard IOP Policy Program, editor for the Harvard Undergraduate Law Review, and research assistant at the Access to Justice Lab. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new cities, painting, and discovering good books.

Amy Dong

Associate Director of Technical Initiatives

Amy is from Chicago, Illinois, and is concentrating in Computer Science and Statistics at Harvard. Her interests lie in data science and deep learning, exploring the application of data analysis in non-traditionally quantitative domains. In her free time, she likes to watch hockey games, play badminton, paint, and watch movies.

Kaleena Roeva

Associate Director of Member Affairs

Originally from the D.C area, Kaleena is pursuing a double concentration in Economics and Government. During her time in HCCG, Kaleena’s work has focused on market landscaping, growth strategy, and talent acquisition across a broad variety of industries from finance to hospitality. Outside of HCCG, Kaleena serves as a Head Delegate for Harvard’s competitive Model United Nations team, works as the Undersecretary General of Committees for HNMUN Africa 2024, and strives to make climate information more accessible as the International Relations Director of the global nonprofit Climate Cardinals. This summer, Kaleena is working at Mastercard in Arlington, Virginia in the Advisors Client Services division to leverage data-driven solutions for client decisions and deliver on client projects across various industries. In her free time, you can find Kaleena learning new languages, traveling, or exploring new coffee shops in Boston!

Marina Sanchez

Associate Director of Finance and Administration

Originally from Miami, Florida, Marina lives in Currier House and is majoring in Computer Science with a minor Economics. Her past engagements in Harvard College Consulting Group has centered around exploring the viability and market fit of a proposed platform aggregator model, conducting a risk landscape analysis, analyzing survey data, conducting expert interviews, and estimating long term business risk profiles. She has served as AD of Case Development and AD of External Initiatives. Outside of the organization, she is course assistant in Multivariable Calculus, President of the Cuban American Undergraduate Student Association, and an active scholar and mentor in the Hispanic Scholarship Fund community. This summer she will be returning to work Product Management and Technology at PriceWaterhouse Coopers in NYC. In her free time, Marina enjoys going to the gym, hanging out with friends, and traveling!

Amber Wei

Associate Director of External Initiatives

Amber is on the premedical track at Harvard and studies Molecular and Cellular Biology with a secondary in Global Health and Health Policy. Her interests lie in the intersection between business and medicine. Amber serves as the Co-Director of Harvard MIHNUET, is a clinical research study staff at Massachusetts General Hospital, and works for the nonprofit American Lung Cancer Screening Initiative (ALCSI) to spread awareness and increase access to lung cancer screening. She has presented at the Harvard 2022 Structural Biology Retreat and iGEM International Jamboree in Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in 2022. Her previous engagements in HCCG involved developing an expansion strategy for a leading health care provider, strengthening the youth engagement strategy for a national voluntary health agency, and creating a roadmap for market entry into the healthcare space for a Fortune 500 insurance and investment company.

Charlotte Rediker

Associate Director of Case Development

Charlotte is from Washington DC and is pursuing a concentration in Social Studies, a secondary in Economics, and a citation in Mandarin at Harvard. Her previous HCCG engagements have ranged from analyzing funding opportunities in new legislation for a leading auto company to strategizing ways to integrate generative AI into operations for a major tech organization. In addition to HCCG, Charlotte is a part of the Editorial and Magazine Boards of The Harvard Crimson and on the leadership team for the Harvard Kennedy School’s Behavioral Insights Group. In her free time, she enjoys running, kiteboarding, skiing, traveling, and trying new brunch spots in Boston.
