Disruption Analysis
Having conducted a landscape analysis for the pharmaceutical industry supply chain, the HCCG team determined points along the chain where technology could be used to disrupt current practices. Based upon the most promising disruptions uncovered, the team designed a hypothetical pharmaceutical company for the Client. Through analyzing how the Client’s current practices differentiated from the hypothetical company designed, the team determined the best points for the Client to increase efficiencies.
Holistic Evaluation
In light of the Client's existing public engagement strategies, HCCG provided a methodology to benchmark the efficacy of the Client's outreach to the public. The HCCG team analyzed the Client's operational KPIs: the timeframe of outreach and donations, the profit, cost, and revenue generated by outreach programs, and the retention rates of donors. To benchmark the Client against an industry standard, the team contextualized the Client's performance within the landscape for other large-scale charitable organizations. Finally, HCCG created a persuasive case for investment in the Client.
Sustainability Strategy
In light of renewed support by the local government for the development of an additional runway at the Client site, the major international airport looked to receive a significantly increased rate of additional flights once construction is complete. Although this investment in infrastructure would likely drive significant economic gains for both the Client and the region-at-large, the additional flights were projected to include high environmental costs. In light of this context, the Client tasked HCCG with proposing a commercial means of achieving the Client's sustainability goals.
