Supply Chain Transition

As part of their growth initiative, the Client built a new distribution network through recent acquisitions and sought to transition customer shipments from their four old, existing distribution centers (DCs) to the new ones. The Client’s supply chain team retained HCCG to develop a transition plan for two new DCs that minimizes risks to operational ability, transition costs, and excess temporary inventory.





Rollout Strategy

HCCG created a full-scale rollout strategy for the Client’s new college-focused dating app by testing specific marketing tactics on the ground on Ivy League campuses. The engagement culminated in a report evaluating the results from the implementation period in order to provide the Client with real-world outcomes to consider when rolling out the app across the country.





Data Process Improvement

HCCG proposed a strategy for creating separate, design-specific data channels. The team provided information on the types of data the Client could expect from implementing the proposal, including into the final deliverable a discussion of “stakes” and potential insights that the Client could find in the data, providing both a data-collection strategy and a justification for its implementation.
